A practical training programme designed to teach you how to work with singing bowls, voice, and other sound-based tools, understand how to structure a session, and develop your own approach to supporting others through sound.

Working with sound means learning to listen, observe, regulate intensity, use silence intentionally, and understand how each element shapes the experience.

The training combines sound practice, listening, body awareness, presence, and session structure, giving you the confidence and understanding to use these tools with greater intention and care.

It’s not just about learning how to play instruments.

What you will learn?

  • Use Tibetan and crystal singing bowls with a range of techniques.

  • Understand rhythm, intensity, resonance, silence, and attentive listening.

  • Design and structure a session from beginning to end.

  • Adapt sound for individual and group sessions.

  • Integrate body awareness, presence, and voice into the experience.

  • Develop your own practice with clear boundaries and a thoughtful approach.

The Sound Therapy Training offers a comprehensive learning experience designed to teach you how to use sound as a tool for wellbeing and supporting others.

Through an integrative approach combining vibration, neuroscience, and therapeutic resources inspired by practices such as Somatic Experiencing, you’ll learn how to incorporate sound into both your personal and professional practice.

Learning by doing.

The training is not designed around simply accumulating theory. Each module combines explanation, demonstration, supervised practice, and time for integration.
