Therapeutic sound baths have roots in ancient traditions from around the world. The Tibetan tradition is particularly notable, using singing bowls, gongs, and bells to create vibrations that induce deep relaxation and wellbeing. Influences can also be found from Latin American and North American cultures, as well as Egypt, Greece, and India, where sound was used as a tool for healing and spiritual connection.

Nowadays, sound baths, supported by recent studies in acoustics and neuroscience, use instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks to create vibrations that reduce stress, balance the body’s energy, and promote physical, mental, and emotional healing.

Sound Therapy sessions are fully adapted to your needs. We begin by preparing the space with a meditation to connect with the body, followed by a sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls, organic percussion, wind chimes, and the voice. To conclude, we finish with another meditation to ground ourselves in the present, accompanied by a closing ritual.
